Make a list of statements that you say to yourself. Also, the words you speak to others are also important. Are you using the same type of wording with your children? your spouse? What do you speak at work?

4) Be an over comer. Don’t run from your problems, face them. Be like David in the Old Testament of the Bible. You know, the story, David and the Goliath. He didn’t run from the giant, he charged toward him even when the giant tried to intimidate David into thinking he was too weak.

5) Don’t sweat the small stuff.

6) Be appreciative of even small beginnings. Don’t underestimate little successes.

Learning to change your life doesn’t involve any quick fixes. Start today. Be empowered and then empower others. Don’t give up. Slow and steady wins the race in learning to change your life.
